We, Lord George Edward Laurence Clarendon and Lady Bryonie Victoria Lowther Clarendon, hereby give notice that we have applied on 17 April 2019 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: Holywell House, Holywell, Swanmore, Southampton, Hampshire, S032 2QE. The application is for: Sale of Alcohol, Regulated Entertainment and Late Night Refreshment (Details) Plays Monday to Sunday 1100 to 2300 (Indoors and Outdoors; Films Monday to Sunday 1200 to 0000 (Indoors and Outdoors); Live Music Monday to Sunday 1000 to 2300 (Indoors and Outdoors); Recorded Music Monday to Thursday 1000 to 0000, Friday to Sunday 1000 to 0200 (Indoors and Outdoors); Late Night Refreshment Monday to Thursday 2300 to 0000, Friday to Sunday 2300 to 0100 (Indoors and Outdoors); Supply of Alcohol Monday to Thursday 1100 to 0000, Friday to Sunday 1100 to 0100 (On & Off Premises). This licence shall authorise the relevant licensable activities for a maximum of 3,000 people for up to three days per calendar year and a maximum of 500 people at all other times. This shall include all persons present at the premises in whatever capacity including ticket holders, performers, guests and staff. An Event Management Plan shall be submitted to the licensing authority no later than 28 days prior to each event with an attendance of more than 1,000 people. This shall include all people present at the premises in whatever capacity including ticket holders, performers, guests and staff. Licensable activities shall not occur under this premises license on more than 28 days per calendar year. All recorded music shall cease at 00:00 (midnight) except on 3 days per calendar year. Any films finishing after 23:00 shall use silent cinema technology (i.e. sound transmission by headphones only). A Noise Management and Community Liaison Plan shall be submitted to the Licensing Authority no later than 28 days prior to any event with an attendance of more than 1,000 people. This shall include details of the arrangements in place to mitigate noise nuisance e.g. monitoring from the boundary of the site post 2300hrs to ensure that the volume of music remains at an acceptable level, orientation of speakers, management of patrons to ensure that they leave the premises without causing unreasonable disturbance to neighbours, resident communication and provision of a 'hotline' telephone number for local residents to enable them to report disturbance during the course of such events.

The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application.
