NOTICE OF MAKING CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL (A54 OAKMERE ROAD, WINSFORD) (50MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2018

Notice is hereby given that, on the 16th October 2018 the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will come into force on 19th October 2018.

The effect of the proposed order will be to prohibit any vehicle from exceeding 50mph on the lengths of road specified in the schedule.

SCHEDULE (50MPH SPEED LIMIT)

Oakmere Road (Winsford) - from its junction with Chester Lane Roundabout to Browning Way.

If you wish to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instruments made under it has not been complied with, you may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court. 10th October 2018
