The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it as required by Section 67 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as the proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building
The application may be inspected on-line at

WA1 1XL between tie hours of 9.00-17.00 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & 9.00-16.00 on a Tuesday.
