Application No: 2017/31513 Proposal: Full Planning - Proposed change of use from existing office space into six residential apartments with the construction of a 2 storey rear extension. Location: 19, Wilson Patten Street, Bewsey And Whitecross, Warrington Applicant: S Moss

The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal may affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Development Affecting the Setting of a Listed Building and BRIDGE STREET conservation area
Application No: 2017/31549 Proposal: Listed Building - Proposed Relocation of 2No existing A.C condenser units from second floor flat roof to basement level light well. New pipework to be installed onto new wall mounted tray and fed to meet existing pipework tray. New 100mm penetration created at ground floor level to accommodate for new Pipework.
Location: 11, Bridge Street, Bewsey And Whitecross, Warrington, WA1 2EY Applicant Mr Ben French, Corporate Real Estate.

The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it, as required by Section 67 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as the proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building. The proposal may also affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
The application may be inspected on-line at www.warrington.gov.uk. or at Warrington Borough Council Customer Contact Centre, 26 - 30 Horsemarket Street, Warrington, WA1 1XL between the hours of 9.00-17.00 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & 9.00-16.00 on a Tuesday. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application (including objections) should submit them in writing to the Development Management Support Team by e-mail devcontrol@warrington.gov.uk or letter to New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington WA1 2NH within 21 days of the date of this notice. Any correspondence received will be open to public inspection or referred to in meetings open to the public.
