New pipework to be installed onto new wall mounted tray and fed to meet existing pipework tray. New 100mm penetration created at ground floor level to accommodate for new Pipework.

The proposal may also affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
