NOTICE OF MAKING CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL (A54 HOLMES CHAPEL ROAD, SPROSTON] (50 MPH SPEED LIMIT] ORDER 2016
Notice is hereby given that, on the 15th November 2016 the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will come into force on 18th November 2016.
The effect of the proposed order will be to prohibit any vehicle from exceeding 50mph on the lengths of road specified in the schedule.
SCHEDULE (50MPH Speed Limit]
Holmes Chapel Road - From the existing 30mph speed limit, 78 metres east of Centurion Way, to the 40mph speed limit, 18 metres west of Glenellen.
If you wish to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instruments made under it has not been complied with, in relation to the Order you may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
