Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised under the above legislation for the reasons stated. Application No: 2022/24072/FUL. Proposal: Proposed fixed frame timber pergola and extended lean to canopy shelter to existing rear terrace/outside seating area for Stonegate Group. Location: Cock and Bottle 30 Swadford Street Skipton BD23 1RD Reason(s): Affects the setting of a Listed Building.

Location: Store Unit 12A Craven Court High Street Skipton Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
