Padgate Ln (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2022

The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Padgate Ln (northbound traffic) from its jct with Manchester Rd to its jct. with Marsh House Ln. The Order will be effective from 7th March 2022 for 2 weeks, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Manchester Rd, King Edward St & Padgate Ln or via Manchester Rd, Battersby Ln, Marsh House Ln & Padgate Ln. The closure is required to allow for Utility connections to be carried out to the new development. Ref: High/2301

Tanners Ln & Dallam Ln (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2022

The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving as follows: Tanners Ln (eastbound traffic) from its jct. with Bewsey Rd to its jct. with Erwood St; Dallam Ln from its jct. with Tanners Ln to its jct. with Buckley St; Dallam Ln from its jct. with Tanners Ln to its jct. with Foundry St. The Order will be effective from 6th March 2022 for 3 weeks, when signed on site. The section of Dallam Ln from Tanners Ln to Foundry St will only be closed on the following dates: 6th March 22, 13th March 22 & 20th March 22. The alternative routes are: Tanners Ln (eastbound traffic) via Bewsey Rd, Folly Ln, Kerfoot St, Winwick Rd & Pinners Brow; Dallam Ln (Tanners Ln to Buckley St) via Buckley St & Winwick Rd. The closure is required to allow Scottish Power to carry out cable renewal work. Ref: High/2287

under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984.

Broad Ln, Church Ln & Adj St's (Prohibition of Driving & Clearway) Temporary Order 2022

The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving & clearway as follows: Broad Ln from Church Ln to Grappenhall Ln; Church Ln from Broad Ln to Chester Rd; Stockton Ln from Church Ln for 50m; From Broad Ln for 50m along the following lengths of road: Parrs Wood View; Hall Ln; Cartridge Ln. The Order will be effective from 21st March 2022 for 9 weeks. The works will be carried out in phases as follows: Phase 1: Broad Ln (From the change in speed limit signs (20/40) south of the Cricket Club to Grappenhall Ln) between 9:30am & 3:30pm; Phase 2: Broad Ln/Church Ln (From the change in speed limit signs (20/40) south of the Cricket Club to Chester Rd) between 7pm & 1am. The restrictions will be in place when signed on site. The alternative route for Broad Ln/Church Ln will be via Grappenhall Ln, A50

Cliff Ln, A50 Knutsford Rd, A56 Chester Rd & vice versa.

The restrictions are required for carriageway haunch strengthening, patching & resurfacing. Ref: High/2281

Cliff Ln, Lymm (30 MPH Speed Limit) Temporary Order 2022

The effect of which is to introduce a 30 mph speed limit restriction on Cliff Ln from its jct. with Cherry Ln to the Borough Boundary with Cheshire East. The Order will be effective from 28th February 2022 for 7 weeks, when signed on site. The restrictions are required to allow Scottish Power to carry out mains diversion works. Ref: High/2298

Orford Rd (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2022

The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Orford Rd from its jct. with Birchwood Way to its jct. with Syers Court. The Order will be effective from

24th February 2022 to 26th February 2022, between

10pm & 6am, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Birchwood Way, Woolston Grange Ave, Manchester Rd, King Edward St & vice versa. The closure is required to allow Network Rail to remove vegetation from their bridge structure. Ref: High/2296



Pearson Ave (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2022

The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Pearson Ave from its jct. with Loushers Ln to its jct. with Archer Ave. The Order will be effective from 16th March 2022 for 1 week, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Loushers Ln, Clarke Ave & vice versa. The closure is required to allow Scottish Power to carry out maintenance work. Ref: High/2299

Radley Ln (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2022

The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Radley Ln from its jct. with Peel Cottage Ln in a southerly direction to the limit of adopted highway. The Order will be effective from 28th February 2022 for 2 days, when signed on site. The closure is required to allow Scottish Power to carry out maintenance work. Ref: High/2297



Trans Pennine Trail & Lymmhay Ln, Lymm (Prohibition of Driving & Footpath Closure) Temporary Order 2022

The effect of which is as follows: Prohibition of Driving:

Lymmhay Ln from its jct. with Brooklyn Dr for a distance of approx. 60m in a northerly direction; Footpath Closure: Trans Pennine Trail from Whitbarrow Rd to Reddish Cres. The Order will be effective from 21st February 2022 for 16 weeks. The works will be carried out in phases as follows: Phase 1: Trans Pennine Trail footpath from Whitbarrow Rd to Lymmhay Ln; Phase 2: Trans Pennine Trail footpath from Lymmhay Ln to Reddish Cres; Phase 3: Lymmhay Ln carriageway. Works are weather dependent so the restrictions will be in place as & when signed on site. The alternative routes are: Phase 1 via Whitbarrow Rd, Dane Bank Rd, Lymmhay Ln & vice versa; Phase 2 via Lymmhay Ln, Dane Bank Rd East, New Rd, Rushgreen Rd, Reddish Cres & vice versa; Phase 3 not applicable, access to be maintained where required. The restrictions are required for footway/cycleway improvement scheme. Ref: High/2300
