NOTICE OF PROPOSAL (Off-Street Parking Places) (Consolidated) Order 2015 (Variation No.7) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that Cheshire East Borough Council proposes to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Sections 32 and 35 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act"), and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act. The effect of the proposed Order would be to amend the Cheshire East Borough Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Consolidated) Order 2015 ('the Original Order') by removing reference to Booths from the list of Parking Places within Knutsford as set out in Schedule of the Original Order. The effect of the proposed Order would be to remove the land known as Booths from the remit of control under the provisions of the Original Order.
