ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 Appleton Footpath No. 20 (Footpath Closure) Temporary Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council Intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which will be to introduce a footpath closure on Appleton Footpath No. 20 from its jet. with Green Ln to its jet. with Cann Ln South. The Order will be effective from 31st January 2022 for 6 months, when signed on site. Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works. The closure is required to allow for the construction of a new housing development. Ref: High/2288
