Regulation 5 of The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990 (as amended) Proposed development at Land to west of Junction 20 of M6 Motorway & Junction 9 of the M56 Motorway & to south of Grappenhall Lane/Cliff Lane (known as Six:56 Warrington) Grappenhall, Warrington I give notice that Langtree PP & Panattoni are applying to Warrington Borough Council for planning permission. Application number: 2019/34799 Development description: Outline Planning (Major) -Outline application (all matters reserved except for access) comprising the construction of upto 287,909m2 (gross internal) of employment floorspace (Use Class B8 & ancillary B1(a) offices), demolition of existing agricultural outbuildings & associated servicing & infrastructure including car parking & vehicle & pedestrian circulation, alteration of existing access road into site including works to M6 J20 dumbbell roundabouts & realignment of existing A50 junction, noise mitigation, earthworks to create development platforms & bunds, landscaping including buffers, creation of drainage features, electrical substation, pumping station, & ecological works.
The Council has trie above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice as the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement and may affect the setting of listed buildings and Public Rights of Way and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area. The application Is being re-advertised due to the submission of a second addendum to the Environmental Statement (Environmental Statement Part 1 and Part 2: landscape and visual impact technical paper) and other information including a replacement planning statement In addition to changes to the scheme including alterations to the parameters plans document.
