NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC - ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -Withers Lane, High Legh

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers proposes to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic, Prohibition of traffic - Withers Lane. High Legh -From the junction with Warrington Road to outside Manor Farm No diversion route.

This order will come into operation on Thursday 9 December 2021 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Wednesday 15 December 2021. NOTICE OF PROPOSAL (Grangeway, Wilmslow Road and Richmond Avenue Handforth) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4, and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, ("the 1984 Act") and all other enabling powers and in accordance with its duty under Section 122 of the 1984 Act.

1. The effect of the proposed Order will be to introduce a prohibition of waiting by vehicles at all times on all days on the following lengths and sides of road; Grangeway (north side) - from its junction with Wilmslow Road for a distance of 109 metres in a westerly direction

Grangeway (south side) - from its junction with Wilmslow Road for a distance of 10 metres in a westerly direction

Wilmslow Road (both sides) - from its junction with Grangeway for a distance of 20 metres in a northerly direction

Richmond Avenue (south side) - from its junction with Grangeway for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction
