RHODDIR RHYBUDD DRWY HYN bod Cyngor Sir Ddinbych ("y Cyngor") yn ymarfer ei bwerau o dan y Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 ac ar 61 ymgynghoriad gyda Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu, yn cynnig gwneud y Gorchymyn a enwir uchod, a fydd yn:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Denbighshire County Council ("the Council") in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police proposes to make the above-named Order, the effect of which will be as follows:
To introduce prohibitions of waiting along Bwlch Pen Barras, adjacent to Moel Famau, Denbighshire to deter obstruction of the highway by parked vehicles thereby to improve the amenity of the area by avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road and for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising and for facilitating the passage on the road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).
The effect of the Order would be to introduce no waiting at any time restrictions along a 3.1km length of Bwlch Pen Barras on both sides of the road and one un-named side road as shown on the plans attached to the Order.
Full details of this proposal are set out in the draft Order which, together with the attached plans and a statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order, can be viewed on-line on the council's website.
Persons wishing to respond to this consultation should so preferably using the online feedback form.
Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order may do so either by submitting responses to a questionnaire, to which the proposals relate, using Denbighshire County Council's website under County Conversation Portal, or by sending a written statement of objection, stating the grounds on which the objection is made to the Head of Legal HR and Democratic Services, Denbighshire County Council, PO Box 62, Ruthin LL15 9AZ, by no later than 5th November 2021. Please note that the substance of any representations the council receives could become available for public inspection.

Dylai unrhyw un sy'n dymuno ymateb i'r ymgynghoriad hwn ddefnyddio'r ffurflen adborth ar-lein os yw hynny'n bosibl.
Dylai unrhyw un sy'n dymuno gwrthwynebu'r Gorchymyn arfaethedig wneud hynny naill ai trwy gwblhau'r holiadur sy'n berthnasol i'r cynigion, sydd ar gael o dan Borth Sgwrs y Sir ar wefan Cyngor Sir Ddinbych, neu trwy anfon datganiad ysgrifenedig o wrthwynebiad, gan nodi ar ba sail y gwneir y gwrthwynebiad, at y Pennaeth Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol AD a Democrataidd, Cyngor Sir Ddinbych, Blwch Post 62, Rhuthun LL15 9AZ, erbyn 5 Tachwedd 2021 fan bellaf. Sylwch y gallai unrhyw sylwadau y bydd y cyngor yn eu derbyn fod ar gael i'w harchwilio gan y cyhoedd.
