Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.
Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised it under the above legislation for the reasons stated.
Application No: 2021/22643/FUL.
Proposal: Conversion of barn to dwelling and residential annexe; conversion and extension of stone outbuilding to form a holiday let; conversion of brick outbuilding to ancillary accommodation; construction of stables and garages and alterations to access to form turning area for Mr Anthony Wilkinson.

Proposal: Construction of 2no. detached dwellings with off street parking for SE Design Solutions.

Application No: 2021/22906/FUL.
Proposal: Proposed demolition of existing detached dwelling and replacement with new build detached dwelling for Mr James Lampkin.

Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
