NOTICE OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE -ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -Davenport Lane, Mobberley

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers proposes to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic as follows, cabling works. Prohibition of traffic - Davenport Lane. Mobberley - From the junction with Lady Lane to the junction with Blakeley Lane

The alternative route will be via Lady Lane, Church Lane, Hall Lane, Tipping Brow, Newton Hall Lane, Burleyhurst Lane, Barnes Brow and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route. This order will come into operation on Monday 26 April 2021 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Monday 17 May 2021.

The alternative route will be via Church Lane, Hall Lane, Tipping Brow, Newton Hall Lane, Burleyhurst Lane, Barnes Brow, Davenport Lane and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route.
