Notice is hereby given that on 25/08/20 North Yorkshire County Council made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act and under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to amend "North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting and Loading and Provision of Parking) (District of Craven) Consolidation Order 2013" by introducing the restrictions specified in the table.

Settlement - Skipton
Road - Un-named access road north of No 2 Brook Street
Side - South
From - A point 5.5 metres west of a point in line with the front (east) facade of No 2.
To - A point 12.1 metres west of a point in line with the front (east) facade of No 2.
Restriction - Disabled Bay
A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 11/09/20, together with a map showing the roads affected may be examined at County Hall, Northallerton, during normal office hours between 10/09/20 & 06/10/20 & also available to be viewed online at www.northyorks.gov.uk/roadworks-map or https://www.northyorks.gov.uk/traffic-regulation-orders. If you wish to question the validity of the above Order or of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any Instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks of 25/08/20 make application to the High Court for the purpose.
