LICENSING ACT 2003 PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR Grant of PREMISES LICENCE
Application has today been made to the council for the above licence by Leylak Restaurant Limited, Address of premises 8 High Street, Skipton, BD23 1JZ for Sale and supply of alcohol Monday- Sunday 11:30-01:00, Live music and recorded music Monday to Sunday 23:00-01:00, Late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00-01:00. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ by 18th March 2020. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
