NOTICE OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE -ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -Back Lane, Ashley
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers proposes to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic as follows, install new dual circuit. Prohibition of traffic - Back Lane. Ashley - From the junction with Brickhill Lane to the junction with Castle Mill Lane
The alternative route will be via Castle Mill Lane,
Tanyard Lane, Back Lane and vice versa which is
considered the most suitable route,
The closures will be in place 24 hours a day.
This order will come into operation on Friday 20 March
2020 and will continue in force for 18 months or for
such less time as is necessary to complete the work to
be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated
that the works will be completed by Thursday
26 March 2020.
