CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. 18) ORDER 2019 MIDLAND ROAD AREA, BRADFORD - MATCH DAY PARKING
Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 24th October 2019 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to:
1. introduce the following restrictions to be in force only on match days on Sat and Sun between 1pm and 5pm and on Mon to Fri between 7pm and 9pm-

i. "no waiting" on lengths of Thorncliffe Road, Cliffe Terrace, Burlington Street, Valley Parade, South Parade and Midland Road

ii. "no loading" on lengths ofThorncliffe Road, Cliffe Terrace, Burlington Street, Valley Parade and Midland Road

iii. "disabled persons parking places" on lengths of Thorncliffe Road, Cliffe Terrace and Valley Parade

iv. "limited waiting parking 1 hour no return within 2 hours" on a length of Valley Parade

v. "limited waiting parking 1 hour no return within 2 hours except permit holders" on lengths of Burlington Street

vi. "limited waiting parking 15 minutes no return with 2 hours except permit holders" on a length of Cliffe Terrace

vii. "bus parking" on a length of South Parade

viii. "ambulance parking" on a length of Valley Parade

2. introduce the following restrictions -

i. "limited waiting parking 1 hour no return with 1 hour except permit holders" and "permit holders only parking" on lengths of Nesfield Street

ii. "limited waiting parking 1 hour no return within 1 hour except permit holders or match day only bus parking on Sat and Sun between 1pm and 5pm and on Mon to Fri between 7pm and 9pm" on a length of Midland Road

iii. "limited waiting parking 1 hour no return within 1 hour except permit holders or match day only disabled persons parking on Sat and Sun between 1pm and 5pm and on Mon to Fri between 7pm and 9pm"" on a length of Holywell Ash Lane

iv. "permit holders only parking" on a length of Valley Parade

v. "no waiting at any time" on lengths of Clifton Street

3. revoke existing "no waiting at any time" restrictions on lengths of Clifton Street and Midland Road.

The Order comes into force on 31st October 2019 and a copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made (i.e. 24th October 2019) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
