NOTICE OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE -ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -Caldwell's Gate Lane, Aston By Budworth
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic as follows, Lay duct to existing BT boxes to facilitate spine cabling works.
Prohibition of traffic - Caldwell's Gate Lane. Aston by Budworth - From the junction with Arley Road to boundary of Cheshire West & Chester.
The alternative route will be via Arley Road, Reedgate Lane and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route.
The closures will be in place 24 hours a day.
This order will come into operation on Monday 28 October 2019 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Friday 22 November 2019.
