ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 THE M62 MOTORWAY [JUNCTION 11 SLIP ROADS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Highways England Company Limited (Company No. 09346363) intends to make an Order on the M62 Motorway, in the Borough of Warrington, in the County of Cheshire, to enable resurfacing, carriageway widening, lighting, and other general maintenance works; to be carried out in safety. The Order will ban all traffic from the eastbound and westbound exit and entry slip roads at Junction 11 of the M62 Motorway. The prohibitions are expected to take place overnight between 22:00 and 05:00 (07:00 on Saturday and Sunday mornings) during a period starting on Thursday 7 November 2019 and ending on Monday 18 November 2019. However, works may start and continue between the same times on subsequent nights until completed. Diversions routes via alternative junctions of the M6, M62 and local roads will be well signed. The prohibitions will not apply to emergency services, works, or traffic officer vehicles, and will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs.
