NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE
TAKE NOTICE that we Margaret Eagleton & Emma de Montfort have applied to Craven District Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of the premises known as The Old School Tea Room FOR the sale by retail of alcohol at The Old School Tea Room, Main Street, Hebden, Skipton BD23 5DX between 10:00 - 22:00 Monday to Sunday and for the consumption off premises. Any person wishing to make representation to this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ by 25th October 2019. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
