MRS. CAROL LESLEY BOYLE (Nee Rustage) Kevin, Jade, Josh, Ralphie and Lily wish to thank all guests who attended the Service at VR Crematorium and all family, friends and neighbors for the cards and kind messages of condolence at this sad time. We would also like to thank Dr. Horsley (Consultant Oncologist) and her team from the Christie, together with all the staff at the McMillan Unit at Leighton Hospital. The Reverend George Crowder for his sensitive administrations together with Dimitri and friends from Christ Church, Greenbank for their compassion and sympathy. Further, our Funeral Director Derek Herald and the team at Lightfoot Funeral Services for their outstanding care and support. Finally thank you everyone for your generous donations in memory of our Dear Lesley to McMillan's Cancer Support.
