EVANS Phyllis Selina nee: Percival On Thursday 23rd September 2021, peacefully in Hospital surrounded by her loved ones. Phyllis, aged 83 of Weaverham, beloved wife of the late John Evans from Middlewich. Mum, Nanna, Great Nanna. Lived life to the full and was liked by everyone she met, she will be greatly missed.
