MAY MURPHY Born Kirkdale 3rd December 1921, died Liverpool 20th May 2021, and of Winsford. Wife of the late John, beloved mother of Kevin, Brendan and Moira, mother in law of Helen and grandma of Niamh, Caitlin and Roisin. Funeral service to be held at St Joseph`s R.C Church, Over, on Thursday 10th June at 1.00pm, followed by committal at Vale Royal Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the Missionary Society of St Columban. My thoughts are with all your family as I feel our families were known to each other. My mother Edna Mathews was born in Braemar St Kirkdale in September 1921. She attended St Richard’s Church. I watched the funeral service at St Joseph’s which was very moving. We also came to live on Wharton Gardens in 1971 as a young family. It was touching to hear the stories about May. My prayers are with you all🙏🙏 Marie Rimmer
