Dean introduced me to 'Popmaster' on BBC Radio 2, so whenever I listen to it now I'll take a moment to remember him. Often when Cathy was cutting my hair Dean and I would chat about music, and often the talking about music would last longer than the haircut.

I only knew him as a customer but for me these are very positive memories of someone who was full of life and enthusiasm. My sympathies go out to everyone who knew Dean well, and particularly to his mum, dad and all the family. This was such a terrible thing to happen.
