EMMA JANE BLAKEMORE née Connell 7th May 2019 Emma passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at home, aged 37 years. The beloved wife of Paul, much loved Daughter to Karen and Stephen, loving mum to Ruby and Matilda and treasured sister to Lee. Emma will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Funeral service at St. Michael and All Angels Church, Middlewich on Wednesday 22nd May 2019 at 10.15 am, followed by cremation at Vale Royal Crematorium.
