SHEILA BELL On 31st March 2019, suddenly, surrounded by close family at Royal Stoke University Hospital, aged 73 years. Beloved wife of Allan, loving mum of Daniel and Josie and a much loved grandma to Leo and Rose. Funeral service was held at Vale Royal Crematorium on Wednesday 17th April.
