How can it save money? How can it save money?

COUNCILLORS continue to make statements that the new system of refuse collection will save money.

I dispute this hypothesis. How can thousands of extra bins and collections save money?

Its simple, they save money by not turning up, the frequency of collections since june 18th has dropped and we now have to take the rubbish to the tip some weeks, very clever !!

It's obvious how CWaC saves money. You the house holder is doing all the pre-sorting of rubbish for them.
If you lived in Cheshire East all the recyclables goes in one bin apart from garden waste so CwaC appears to save money by not paying the contractor to do the sorting.
