I CAN walk to town from where I live. I only drive into town to do a big shop.
Last week I had a parking ticket for going over two hours at Sainsbury’s as I had to sort my passport out at the other end of town and it wasn’t straightforward.
It was £80 for going 30 minutes over.
I will never drive into town again and it has made me rethink shopping in town.
If you have a CW9 post code surely we should get a permit or something similar so we can access our local shops without being penalised.
