Neglected
WITH regard to the disabled parking spaces by Iceland in Northwich, Central Palace Drive.
Considering that this is an area for disabled parking, with wheelchair users and people with walking aids, the road surface is extremely uneven and difficult to negotiate.
Why have they spent so much money on Barons Quay, when other areas of our town are being neglected?
