Vision mooted 27 years ago
IN response to last week’s letter about Northwich by Liam Byrne.
When I worked for Vale Royal Council in 1991 the Northwich Vision was mooted.
We are now 27 years on.
Why do the powers that be not realise that shopping and living has changed?
They are so slow to get a grip.
It’s all passed them by.
So sad.
