PERHAPS someone from either Kingsmead Parish Council or Cheshire West and Chester Council could explain to me why the roads on Kingsmead (not the main spine road) are being resurfaced when they are probably only about 25 years old?
And why is the A556 (dual carriageway) from Hartford to the Davenham traffic lights and Main Road in Moulton (a bus route) is not being resurfaced but only patched up (and not very good at that)?
I appreciate that there are no funds in the kitty but if that is the case how come Kingsmead is being done and where is the money for that coming from?
There are now two new developments in Moulton with hundreds of new houses paying extra Council Tax which surely go some way to subsiding proper road repairs not just patchwork quilting.
