I HOPED the Warrington Guardian would have reported the passing of Dick Gemmill.
Dick was a Warrington lad, raised in Cartwright Street, Bank Quay.
He played rugby league for Orford Tannery before signing for Leeds.
Dick went on to play for Great Britain and I think, he also captained the side.
