Wigan pair Michael McIlorum and Richard Mathers could both be banned for up to four matches after being referred to the Rugby Football League's disciplinary panel.
McIlorum was sent off after just five minutes off his side's 46-12 engage Super League defeat to St Helens at the JJB Stadium on Friday for a high tackle on Ade Gardner.
He has been charged with a grade C offence, as has team-mate Mathers for alleged striking during the same game.
Leeds stand-off Danny McGuire must also face Tuesday's meeting of the panel after an alleged high tackle in his side's win at Catalans Dragons.
His offence is also rated as grade C, meaning he too could be banned for up to four games if found guilty.
