All Lit Up ready to shine

THE Goodwood Cup is the feature event (though not the most valuable) of day three of the Sussex track’s ‘Glorious’ meeting and it’s hard to oppose Yeats from the all-conquering Aidan O’Brien stable. The 7-year-old is hardly likely to represent good value though at around 4/7 and for the nap I’m going to Nottingham’s 3.20 where the Alan King-trained All Lit Up is fancied to appreciate a step up in trip and get off the mark, hopefully at a decent price.
