Blues will face league newboys Irlam or Chadderton at Barton Stadium on a date to be arranged.
Joe Gibiliru's men will hope to go one better next season after falling at the two-legged semi final stage last time around.
They were knocked out by Bootle, who went on to lost to Maine Road in the final.
