Mike Howarth and Paul Ryan scored inside an eight minute spell shortly into the second half to settle the contest.
It strengthens Squires' hold on fourth spot as they open up a three point gap to Maine Road and Colne, Blues' next opponents.
Joe Gibiliru's men remain tenth, a point clear of Silsden but having played one more match.
