WINSFORD Saxons continued an encouraging start to a new Crewe and District League campaign when they put eight goals past hosts Mary Dendy on Saturday.
Substitute Jake Billinge scored a hat-trick while Callum Nowell, twice, Perry Bircumshaw, Joe Pointon and Greg Lumsden were also on target for the visitors who recorded a third successive win.
That leaves them second in the standings on goal-difference behind Madeley White Star, who inflicted a first defeat of the campaign on champions Barnton Wanderers.
Kieran Brown's treble was the highlight in a 5-1 win.
Winsford Over 3 Grange are still without a win following a single-goal reverse at Sandbach Curshaws while Clock Tower proved too strong for Northwich neighbours Winnington Avenue for a second time in seven days.
They ran out 4-0 victors, and Jordan Sherlock, Mike Dean, Chris Roberts and Max Brown got their names on the score-sheet.
