WINSFORD Swim Team members returned from the Swim England North West Summer Championships with a record haul of medals.
A 37-strong contingent competed over three weekends against the best of the rest from across the region, and eight stood on the podium as a reward for a top-three finish.
Between them, they won 27 gongs - five of them gold.

Jay Cushen (under 15s boys): 100m and 50m butterfly; 100m breaststroke
Adam Wright (under 12s boys): 1,500m freestyle; 200m butterfly
