TIGERS have taken over top spot in the Mid Cheshire Super League’s Division One following a comfortable 9-1 win against Blades – a fourth successive victory.
Adam Ryder registered the only triumph for the latter, whitewashing John Gregson.
Victoria are a single point adrift in second spot after whitewashing slow-starters Lemmings.
Cobras are the only side in the second tier to still boast of an unblemished record after trouncing Wolves.
Neil Proudlove has won all of his games to date for the pacesetters, supported by teammates Tom Beevers, Shaun Devany and Dave Myles.
Valiants are still bottom despite beating Winsford – their first victory of the campaign.
Snakes and Vikings, tied on 32 points, are setting the pace in Division Three.
The promotion rivals meet this week.
