Dealership scoops another national award
8:10am Saturday 11th August 2012 in News By Matthew Taylor
FORDS of Winsford has been named Car Supermarket of the Year 2012 by Motor Trader magazine.
The national award followed a visit to the outlet on Weaver Valley Road by a panel of judges, who scrutinised the internal processes of the business and levels of customer satisfaction.
The announcement was made at an awards event in London.
Fords general manager, Paul Campion, said: “We are especially pleased to have received this award as it comes from the wider motor trade, where standards of customer service are constantly being redefined.
“It’s also testament to the efforts of our staff and their commitment to making every customer’s visit to the business a pleasurable one.”
Established in 1959, Fords of Winsford is the largest all-makes used car supermarket in the North West, with over 1300 cars in stock at any one time.
The business is one of Winsford’s biggest success stories – having previously been a three-time winner of What Car? magazine’s Car Supermarket of the Year award.
