Lord Mayor of Chester, Pam Booher, visited Vision Support’s information bus in Winsford to hear details of support and guidance the charity provide for people with sight loss.

The mobile information unit is full of information, advice and hundreds of gadgets to aid and assist people with sight loss to live a more independent life.

Clr Booher said: “I would encourage anyone living with or who knows of anyone living with sight loss to visit the mobile unit when it is in the area because I don’t think enough people know just how much support this charity provides.”

The bus will next be in the area at Northwich Marks and Spencer’s between 9am-2.30pm on Friday, July 27 and Middlewich Lidl supermarket on Tuesday, July 31.

Times are subject to change. Call 01244 381515 to confirm ahead of date. Check www.visionsupport.org.uk for further details.
