Jubilee celebrated in Darnhall
DARNHALL residents decked out the Village Hall in red, white and blue to celebrate the Jubilee in grand style on Saturday.
Strong winds were not enough to deter villagers from enjoying a street party, featuring fluttering Union Jacks and bunting made by Darnhall Brownies.
Party goers planted a commemorative Jubilee Rose, ate picnic lunches and continued the celebrations into the evening with a disco.
