DOGS will be living up to their reputation as Man’s Best Friend at a charity water rescue in Winsford.

Daring volunteers are being sought to plunge into Winsford Flash to be saved by a 14-stone Newfoundland dog, all in aid of Hearing Dogs for Deaf People.

If you would like to take part in the Newfoundland Water Rescue at Winsford Flash Sailing Club on Saturday, July 25, contact Nicky Litchfield on 01257 260 988 or email nicola.litchfield@hearingdogs.org.uk.

Each participant must pledge to raise a minimum of £100 in sponsorship.
