A WINSFORD supplier of silica sands, gravels and specialised minerals has moved site as part of its growth strategy.
Universal Mineral Supplies (UMS) has moved its office and warehouse to Woodford Park industrial estate – growing its site almost sixfold.
Founded 30 years ago, UMS specialises in the supply of media ranging from filtration sands, incineration sands, support gravels, anthracites and pH correction media.
Five staff help in the day-to-day running of the business, with hopes to add more in coming years.
