Abnormal load travelling through Northwich, Winsford and Holmes Chapel
AN abnormal load will be travelling through parts of Northwich, Winsford and Holmes Chapel today.
The vehicle will set off at approximately 09.30am from A54 Browns Bank to Kelsall Hill layby (wia Winsford).
Motorists are advised to take an alternative route if possible, as the load may only travel at 10mph or less. This means it should take approximatley three to four hours to complete the 20 mile journey.
The load weighs more than 370 tonnes and the route it takes can be viewed here.
It is anticipated that the the load will reach the A556 at approximately 11:30am.
