A WINSFORD bank’s staff and customers have helped raise £500 for the Deafness Support Network.
The TSB raised the cash for the network, its local charity partner, after holding various fundraising efforts including a sponsored walk, charity prize draws, bag packing at a local supermarket and regular book sales.
Deborah McCormack, TSB’s manager in Winsford, said: “Our partnership programme is all about working together to help support local causes that are the heart of many communities across Britain.
"The network is at the heart of our local community and it’s fantastic to be able to raise vital funds for it and we are really proud to have supported it over the past 12 months.”
Erica Jones, network project worker, said: “Everyone is so grateful to the team at TSB Winsford for organising the fundraising and we are grateful both to them and all of their customers.”
