DANESIDE Court in Northwich has been rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

The latest inspection report showed the care home is attaining high standards in the five key areas that is assessed – caring; safe; effective; responsive and well-led.

Following the two-day inspection on May 15 and 16, the commission praised Daneside Court for the ‘excellent care and attention’ provided, and highlighted compliments from friends and relatives of residents.

Joanne Farrell, Daneside Court Care Home manager, said: “We are delighted with this report which is a testament to the hard work that each and every member of the team puts in day in day out.”

Daneside Court is run by HC-One, which currently has the highest compliance rating of all independent residential care home providers.
