ACTIVE Cheshire has launched a campaign to find unsung heroines who inspire, enthuse and support others to get active.
#Pass On Your Passion wants to find females who enhance the lives of others using physical activity and recognise their hard work, commitment and dedication.
Although women play a big role within the Sport and Physical Activity sector they are still largely underrepresented.
Anne Boyd, Active Cheshire CEO, said: “We have some amazing women who work extremely hard daily to support others to become more active.
“We want to recognise and reward them for the dedication and commitment they give to others, whilst supporting and guiding them to continue to share their passion.”
The campaigns main focus is to recognise the hard work of local females for the role they play in keeping Cheshire moving, by creating and providing support in their communities.
Nominations will close on Friday, June 30 and can be completed via by accessing surveymonkey.co.uk/r/passonyourpassion.
