POLICE are continuing to step up patrols to tackle anti-social behaviour and theft in the town.
Reports of anti-social behaviour by teenagers in the early evenings are being addressed, with increased patrols at the Wharton retail park and McDonalds.
There will also be an increased presence in the town centre to address similar concerns.
Police are also targeting the Wharton and Dene beat areas at night, following a recent spate of power tool thefts from vans.
